2022金點設計獎頒獎典禮也將在2022-12-02舉辦
「金點設計獎」在1981年創立於台灣，現由「台灣設計研究院」辦理獎項與策劃頒獎典禮及相關活動。
2014年起開始走向「全球華人市場最頂尖設計獎項」的新定位，為華人設計產業取得發言權。
並自2015年起，金點設計獎品牌針對不同目標族群分設「金點設計獎」、「金點概念設計獎」及「金點新秀設計獎」等三大獎賽，旨在褒揚傑出的創新設計產品與作品。
透過金點設計獎的專業肯定，鼓勵企業重視產品設計與研發，以設計力增加品牌的附加價值；同時更為消費者與市場提供優質設計的認證，
進而提升全民對於設計價值與設計美學的認知，共同創造美好生活品質。
評審團歷經多日嚴謹評選討論，金點設計獎最終共有118件作品脫穎而出，金點概念設計獎則有8件從激烈競爭中出線，來自台灣、中國大陸、香港、澳門、美國、印度、泰國、新加坡、日本、德國等地的精彩設計作品，將共同角逐獎項的最高榮耀！此外，為鼓勵設計師及產業更重視循環永續及為社會提出解方，今年金點設計獎也將頒發兩項「年度特別獎」，表彰在循環設計及社會設計表現傑出的作品。
